Overkill Fab hand-builds custom Chevy grille inserts for the Silverado 1500, Silverado 2500/3500 HD, and Tahoe/Suburban lineups. Every mesh grille insert is fully TIG-welded from 304 stainless steel wire mesh with a studded frame, replacing factory plastic with a tougher, more aggressive front end.

Built to order in Michigan, each grille insert bolts in using your Chevy's factory mounting points, with an integrated LED light bar available on select models, and is backed by a limited lifetime warranty. Choose from flat black, gloss black, textured black, or a color match to your Silverado or Tahoe's paint.
