3d scanning helps take the guess work out of Grille development. We digitize every grille shell to insure product fitment.

We use laser cutting for the high precise cutting tolerance of ± 0.005. Cutting with higher tolerances produces a very high quality cut edge.

The mesh, mounting tabs and mounting studs are TIG welded to each grille frame. We do this to insure product durability.

Non stainless grille frames get a self etching primer powder coat (5000 hour salt life) and a high quality black textured topcoat. We do this to insure product longevity.
