2017–2026 Ford Super Duty Grilles: A Guide to Custom F-250, F-350 and F-450 Grilles
Ford has given the Super Duty three distinct front ends since 2017. A grille built for one won't fit another, so the first step in choosing a custom grille is knowing which generation you have.
This guide covers the 2017–2019, 2020–2022 and 2023–2026 F-250, F-350 and F-450 Super Duty. It shows the grille options Overkill Fab makes for each and what to check before you order.
Every grille is made to order
We don't sell mass-produced, off-the-shelf Super Duty grilles. Each one is hand-built in our shop after you order it. We build them with aluminum or stainless construction, mesh patterns, fully TIG-welded inner structures and studded or non-studded frames, depending on the design.
Because each grille is built for you, there's a lead time. Most Super Duty grilles take 4–5 weeks. The 2023–2026 designs take 5–6 weeks, and color matching can add about another week.
2017–2019 Ford Super Duty grilles
The 2017–2019 F-250, F-350 and F-450 have the most options in our lineup, from simple replacement grilles to fully customized LED designs:
- Full replacement grilles (ZF1 border and standard designs): Stainless wire mesh, a TIG-welded inner structure and adjustable mounting, starting at $750.
- Full replacement grilles with LED lighting: Choose a 30-inch LED (SF1 border) or dual 10-inch LEDs (ZF1 border), both $1,150.
- Design 1: A raised-center 3D aluminum design with a hex mesh and a mount for the OEM Ford emblem, $1,550.
- Custom LED grille: Our serviceable LED backglow design with your own custom text, $1,850.

2020–2022 Ford Super Duty grilles
The 2020 refresh brought a new front end to the F-250, F-350 and F-450, so 2017–2019 grilles won't carry over. Our 2020–2022 options:
- Design 1: Aluminum construction, a hex mesh pattern, a 3D design and a mount for the OEM Ford emblem, $1,450.
- Design 2: Our Overkill Fab Shield logo design with a studded frame, $1,550.
- Custom LED grille: LED backglow with your custom text, $1,850.

2023–2026 Ford Super Duty grilles
The current F-250, F-350 and F-450 Super Duty is a complete redesign. Our grilles for it are 5-piece full replacements that include the headlight trim pieces along with the grille center:
- Design 1 and Design 2: Two-layer grilles with a studded frame and a mount for the OEM Ford emblem, $2,150 each.
- LED grille: Customizable center text with a glow option, $2,500.

Why choose a serviceable LED backglow grille?
Many lighted grilles are sealed units. If a light fails, you may have to replace the whole grille. Our LED backglow design is built so you can reach and service the lighting yourself over the life of the truck.
The backglow also lights up custom text you choose, such as your business name, a family name or a slogan. No two trucks have to look the same.
Before you order
- Confirm your model year and generation. 2017–2019, 2020–2022 and 2023–2026 are different front ends.
- Confirm your model. Check the product page to make sure it lists your F-250, F-350 or F-450.
- Check your trim and options. If your truck has a front camera, sensors or adaptive cruise control, contact us before ordering so we can confirm compatibility.
- Choose your finish. Pick the base and mesh colors. Remember that color matching adds time.
- Plan for the lead time. Your grille is built after you order.
